- Job Description
The incumbent will provide end User Support on Desktop Computers, Laptop Computers, Printers and Networking. WAN, LAN and Wireless Networking Support;
Provide Student Support on Wireless Networking, Lab Computers, Library Computers; Networking Printing Support; Configuration, Installation and Maintenance on Audio Vision Teaching Equipment in Teaching Venues; Software Configuration, Installation and Support on End User Computers; Remote End User Support.
- Requirements
The candiate should be in possesion of a Grade 12 Certificate, Three-Year Diploma in Information Technology, Five Years' experience in IT Support. Added Advantage: Certificates on CompTIA A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA; Experience in Audio Vision Equipment; Sound knowledge of online applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Pinopto etc.
