- Job Description
Ensure all performance data required for drafting the institutional performance report from faculties/units is coordinated and gathered for analysis in an efficient and timely manner.
Produce performance dashboards at institutional and individual unit level at the required frequencies and disseminate the information to different audiences.
Analyses institutional performance and outcome data in order to advice on how the institution can improve its performance.
Develop tools and mechanisms to improve achievement of institutional objectives and outcomes.
Assist in preparing packs for moderation committees, including the outcomes of statistical analyses at Unit level where outliers are indicated.
Ensuring broad alignment between the M&E Framework that currently monitors and reports on Institutional Performance from Unit level upwards and PMS that operates at an individual level.
- Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics or Information Technology (or equivalent such as quantitative/numerical fields/Economics) with a Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business processes administration and practical experience in data analysis and visualisation tools, strategy monitoring and reporting. A Post graduate qualification in Business management or administration / Economics/ Data Science or analytics or equivalent and Experience in supporting the designing, developing and producing performance dashboards at various levels (institutional, unit and individual) will be an advantage.
OR
A Diploma in relevant field (i.e. Business Management or Administration or Public Management/ Economics or related field) with a Minimum of 4 years’ experience in strategic planning and implementation and coordinating strategic programmes or projects at a National, Regional or Institutional level. A professional qualification/certification in data analysis (analytics) or data visualization or equivalent will be an added advantage.
