A PhD coupled with at least three (3) years of service as Lecturer and satisfactory record of teaching, research and publication, and service to the academic and wider community; At least four (4) publications of which two (2) must be refereed scholarly research outputs and of which two (2) must have been publish since attaining the rank of Lecturer OR a good relevant Master's degree coupled with at least three (3) years of service as a Lecturer and satisfactory record of teaching, research and publication and service to the academic and wider community; At least seven (7) publications of which three (3) must be refereed scholarly research outputs and at least four (4) must have been published since attaining the grade of Lecturer.
