- Job Description
The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Department of Private and Commercial Law and other department where the need arises. The candidate should be able to participate in the administration and the teaching of academic programmes in the School of Law. The appointee will also perform other duties as may be assigned to him/her by the HOD and the Associate Dean of the School of Law from time to time.
- Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following minimum qualification: LLB,LLM in law from a common law jurisdiction and Admission as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia. Three (3) years of service as Legal Practitioner or Tutor or Assistant Lecturer at an institution of Higher Learning. Satisfactory record of teaching, scholarly published research works and contributions in service to the community. Experience in the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students will be an added advantage.
