- Job Description
To provide skilled routine technical assistance within the clinic and on farm calls under the supervision of the veterinary clinician on clinic. Assist in the day to day running of the clinic and farm vehicle and equipment, and supervising students in patient care in. Requisitions and ordering of consumables, veterinary medicines and surgical equipment. Attending and treating clinical cases under the direction of the veterinarians. Participate in organization and implementation of sixth year clinical rotation training.
- Requirements
Diploma in Animal Health or equivalent plus a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a veterinary paraprofessional. Registered as a Veterinary Paraprofessional in Namibia. Good organizational and leadership skills. Current participation in community service activities and experience in farm will be an added advantage.
