- Other Duties as assigned by the Head of Department, Dean, or University Management, consistent with the position of Senior Lecturer.
- Requirements
- The candidates should have a PhD degree in Nursing Science, Maternal and Child Health, or a related field, plus at least three (3) years of service as a Lecturer and a satisfactory record of teaching, research, and publication, and service to the academic and wider community.
- At least four (4) publications, of which two (2) must be refereed scholarly research outputs and of which two (2) must have been published since attaining the rank of Lecturer.
- OR
- The candidates should have a Master’s degree in Nursing Science, Maternal and Child Health, or a related field, and a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Midwifery and Neonatal Nursing Care, plus at least three (3) years of service as a Lecturer and a satisfactory record of teaching, research and publication and service to the academic and wider community.
- At least seven (7) publications, of which three (3) must be refereed scholarly research outputs and at least four (4) must have been published since attaining the grade of
Lecturer.
