- Job Description
- Undertake an MSc in veterinary medicine (Veterinary Public Health)
- Develop veterinary skills specifically in Veterinary Public Health through “on the job training” at the School of Veterinary Medicine
- Assist with the day to day lecturing and tutorials and VPH clinical rotations in the School of Veterinary Medicine
- Assist with practical and research work, both on and off site, for service delivery and student training
- Assist with development of teaching material
- Assist with practical training of BVM undergraduates in Veterinary Public Health
- Requirements
Veterinarian with a BVM (or equivalent) in veterinary medicine/science and demonstrable interest/ experience in Veterinary Public Health. Unconditional Registration as a veterinarian with the Namibian Veterinary Council, alternatively, qualification(s) should enable the candidate to be immediately registered with the Namibian Veterinary Council.
