Should be in possession of MEng. /MSc. /MPhil. Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent with specialization in Electronic Product Development, Embedded Systems and Robotics, and Microcontroller programming. A PhD, industrial work experience and registration with a professional body would be an added advantage. At least 3 years of university teaching, research and publications, community engagement or relevant industry experience in the field. Good publication record in high-impact journals. Experience in sourcing research or project funding from third-party sources, successful initiation and management of research projects.  Student supervision (research) at both under- and post- graduate levels will be an advantage.
