PhD or a good relevant Master's degree in information science or cognate field, three (3) years of service as a Lecturer, and a satisfactory record of teaching, research and publications, and service to academic and wider community. Preference will be given to candidates with IT and database management experience. A cumulative record of seven (7) publications, four (4) of which must have been published since attaining the grade of Lecturer.
