Job Description

Student administration  (dealing with application, admission, registration and academic promotion of students); Assist with general academic administration in the School; Faculty and School Meetings administration;  Liaise with departments pertaining student matters; Updating school’s publications (school brochures and prospectus); Assist with graduation ceremonies; Handling academic administration and maintaining of academic structure and handling curriculum enquiries; Assist with management of information and liaison services and perform any other duties as may be required. 

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field with at least four (3) years experience or A Diploma in Administration or related field with six (4) years experience. Good administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills. Good proficiency in spoken and written English. Must be a team player with good organizational and administrative skills.
