- Job Description
To provide effective teaching/lecturing, research, research supervision at both undergraduate and post-graduate level. Write research grants for attracting research funds, engage in community services as well as supporting the School develop in general. Publish research work in internationally indexed and accredited outlets. Perform any other relevant duties as may be required.
- Requirements
A PhD in Food Science with specialization in Food Microbiology or a PhD in Microbiology plus a minimum of three (3) lecturing experience at University level. Good knowledge in Food Microbiology and Food Safety. A track-record of research and publication in the filed of food microbiology. Ability to teach modules in the filed of microbiology, biotechnology and food safety (e.g. General Microbiology, Food Microbiology, Food Biotechnology and Food Toxicology).
