- Job Description
- Provide effective lecturing to students at the University of Namibia across departments, schools, and faculties
- Undertake research activities
- Engage in relevant community engagement
- Participate in clinical training supervision of physiotherapy students, as well as administrative duties within a developing department.
- Requirements
- A qualification in physiotherapy at NQF Level 8, registrable with the HPCNA
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is required
- PhD in a relevant field will be an advantage
- A minimum of three (3) years’ clinical experience is required. Three (3) or more years of academic teaching and/or clinical supervision experience in a tertiary institution with undergraduate students will be an advantage.
- Experience in community-based rehabilitation, orthopaedics, neurology, or cardiorespiratory physiotherapy will be an advantage.
