- Job Description
- Advising on remuneration best practices and alignment, where applicable;
- Reviewing salary offers and analysing complex payroll data;
- Advising internal stakeholders on drafting accurate and fit for purpose job descriptions;
- Maintaining the job description database for the University and
- Participating in job evaluation and advising on job evaluation best practices and alignment, where applicable.
- Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting or related qualification with at least three (3) years’ experience in job description design, grading, payroll, remuneration best practices.
- Strong financial acumen and analytic skills are essential.
