Job Description
  • Advising on remuneration best practices and alignment, where applicable;
  • Reviewing salary offers and analysing complex payroll data;
  • Advising internal stakeholders on drafting accurate and fit for purpose job descriptions;
  • Maintaining the job description database for the University and
  • Participating in job evaluation and advising on job evaluation best practices and alignment, where applicable.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting or related qualification with at least three (3) years’ experience in job description design, grading, payroll, remuneration best practices. 
  • Strong financial acumen and analytic skills are essential.
