- Job Description
To Lecture undergraduate and postgraduate students, should be able to lecture three (3)or more Human capital Management related modules; Supervise research projects; Supervise and mentor junior staff members, engage in research and publication activities, and community service to the university and wider community; perform any other duties as may be required.
- Requirements
PhD qualification majoring in Human Capital Management/ Strategic Human Resources Management/ coupled with a Masters degree majoring in the same disciplines with at least three (3) years lecturing experience at a tertiary institution, with a good record of research and publication.
