Applicant must already be in possession of a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Microbiology or equivalent qualification. Have experience of at least 2-4 years  working with microorganisms, developing and conducting experiments. Applicants with Master’s degree in microbiology or related filed will have an added advantage. Candidates should have the following preferred skills: Ability to work efficiently in a laboratory setting; Attention to detail and good communication skills; Ability to trouble shoot problems and develop solutions; Time management and good organization skills; Good interpersonal skills and Familiarity with standard laboratory safety procedures.
