- Job Description
Perform lecturing duties at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, supervise and mentor junior staff members, should be able to teach 3 or more management subjects i.e. (Principles of Management, Advanced Studies in Entrepreneurship and Project Management, Business Processes, Philosophy & Ethics) engage in research and publication activities; Designing graduate and
undergraduate curricula; Predominantly assisting in research grant writing and sourcing, engage in community engagement activities and offer services to the university and wider community.- Requirements
Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline; Having expertise in project management, procurement and supply chain management would be an added advantage; Senior Lecturer with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated ability to secure research grants, lead academic teams, deliver excellent teaching and community engagement. Possess atleast 17 Scopus indexed scholarly publications and/or DHET , excellent communication, writing, logical reasoning and collegial.
