Senior Lecturer: a relevant Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognised University, as well as three (3) years of teaching experience.

Associate Professor:  a relevant PhD degree coupled with three (3) years of service as a Senior Lecturer and a satisfactory record of teaching, research and publications, and service to academic and wider community. A cumulative record of seventeen (17) publications of which seven (7) must be refereed scholarly research outputs and must have been published since becoming Senior Lecturer; Of these, at least three (3) of the publications must be refereed journal articles.
