Manage, plan, organize, control and coordinate security operations, investigations, emergency services, and assessing performance of the entire Contracted Security Services. Ensure that UNAM Security Officers carry out their duties effectively and efficiently, and the entire functions of the CCTV surveillance operate within agreed UNAM's Ethics and Code of Conduct Policy and Guidelines. Ensure that the security plan, security policy and procedures, rules and practice are strictly adhered to and enforced.
