- Job Description
The incumbent is required to show evidence of strong records and archives management knowledge through teaching and postgraduate supervision, research, and publication. The incumbent should have stayed up to date with technological advances in this field.
- Requirements
PhD in Information Science or cognate field, experience in teaching and research. Three (3) years of service as Senior Lecturer, satisfactory record of teaching experience, research, publication and community engagement record commensurate with the requirements for the rank. A cumulative record of seventeen (17) publications of which seven (7) must have been published since becoming Senior Lecturer. At least six (6) of the publications must be refereed scholarly works. The advertisement reflects the minimum eligibility criteria, and the search committee may establish additional criteria for the purpose of shortlisting and selection.
