Organize and lead laboratory practical’s;

Prepare materials for experiments and research activities, at all academic levels; 

Set up, operate, and maintain various analytical equipment and arrange for the repair of any faulty equipment;

Maintain inventory of consumables and equipment following departmental and university guidelines;

Identify potential safety hazards in the working environment, take corrective measures where possible, and report to the Health & Safety officer;

Participate in community engagement; 

Perform any other duties as may be required
