- Job Description
- Responsible for the four Northern Campuses Libraries ICT Services.
- User support on PC, peripherals devices and computer laboratories; user network connectivity; Wireless Network support, support of Lecture Hall Teaching Aid (Projectors, Projectors Screens, Smart Boards, Documents Scanners, PA systems, Video Conferencing),
- Security system, Basic system administration; manage printing and provide remote user support.
- Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or IT,
- Two (2) years’ relevant work experience such as IT Support, Technical Experience on PC support,
- Knowledge in Library ICT services, A+ CompTIA Certification, N+ CompTIA Certification and MCS will be an added advantage.
