Lecturing Early Childhood Education and Care modules to Early Childhood Education and Junior Primary student teachers; Drive/Champion ECEC mandate and activities (such as play-based pedagogy)in the Department and School of Education; Develop ECEC teacher education programmes for the department; Liaise with stakeholders in the Early Childhood Education sector at national and international levels; Develop learning and teaching materials for early childhood education and care; Apply blended learning and teaching; Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and project-based learning; Evaluate students during teaching practicum; Engage in cross-disciplinary research and publication activities as well as providing service to the academic and wider ECEC community; Participate in community engagement activities; Lecture a module for Environmental Education for Sustainability; Perform any other duties as required by the Department and University.
