Assume a leading role in lecturing and supervising student research projects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the following and related modules (Intergovernmental Relations, Human Resource Management, Public Management and Research Management); Extensive practical and academic insight of the workings of the public sector and political environment; supervise and mentor junior staff members; Lead in research grant writing, engage in research and publication activities and offer service to the university and wider community and perform any other duties as may be required.
