- Job Description
The candidate will be responsible to coordinate all operational activities (Human Capital, Finance, Estates, ICT, Student Affairs, Assets and Risk) on campus. Prepare, control and report on the campus budget, oversee procurement, revenue-generation and asset management. Ensure compliance with INAM policies, labour legislation and audit/risk mitigations. Manage campus contracts and service providers, oversee maintenance, residence and health and safety functions. Support the Executive Dean/Campus Director with strategic planning, annual reports and stakeholder engagements.
- Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration, Finance/Accounting or a related field plus a minimum of five (5) years of experience in professional services at a senior administrative level. Proven competence in campus operations, financial management, human capital processes and risk audit compliance. Strong management, planning, analytical, interpersonal, IT and communication skills.
