Job Requirements:

Senior Lecturer: a relevant PhD degree or coupled with three (3) years of service as Lecturer and satisfactory record of teaching, research and publication, and service to the academic and wider community; at least four (4) publications of which two (2) must be referred scholarly research outputs and of which two (2) must have been published since attaining the rank of Lecturer

Associate Professor:  a relevant PhD degree coupled with three (3) years of service as a Senior Lecturer and a satisfactory record of teaching, research and publications, and service to academic and wider community. A cumulative record of seventeen (17) publications of which seven (7) must be refereed scholarly research outputs and must have been published since becoming Senior Lecturer; Of these, at least three (3) of the publications must be refereed journal articles.
