End User support on desktop computers, laptop computers, printers and networking
WAN, LAN and Wireless Networking support
Student support on wireless networking, lab computers, library computers
Network printing support
Configuration, installation and maintenance on audio vision teaching equipment in teaching venues
Software configuration, installation and support on end-user computers
Remote end-user support
- Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate, 3Year Diploma in Information Technology, 5 Years’ experience in IT Support
Added advantage: Certificates on CompTIA A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, Experience in Audio Vision equipment, Sound knowledge of online applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Pinopto, etc.
