- Job Description
- Manage and oversee the entire operational, clinical, administrative, and financial functions of the UNAM Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Centre.
- Ensure service quality, patient safety, billing accuracy, marketing, cost recovery, staff performance, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to strategic direction and stakeholder engagement.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Radiography/Radiography (required).
- PG qualification in Health Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Master of Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
- Financial management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare facility management.
- Strong understanding of practice operations.
- Experience in marketing and business development.
- Knowledge and expertise in healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Strong understanding of practice operations.
- Demonstrated experience in medical billing systems, claims reconciliation, and dealing with medical aid funders.
