Job Description

The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in the Department of Private and Commercial Law and other departments where the need arises, both full-time and online. The candidate should be able to participate in teh administration and teaching of academic programmes in the School of LAw. The appointee will also perform other duties as may be assigned to him/her by the HOD and Associate Dean of the School of Law from time to time.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have the following minimum qualifications; LLB and LLM from a common jurisdiction; Three (3) years of service as Assistant lecturer, Tutor or Staff Development Fellow at an institution of Higher Leaning: Satisfactory record of teaching, research and contribution in service to the community. A PHD in Law/LLD, record of Scholarly published works and experience in the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students will be an addded advantage.
