- Job Description
To assist in tutoring and delivering practical classes for Physics for Engineers I and II, which involve topics such as Measurements and units, Kinematics, Dynamics, Momentum, Planetary motion, Heat and thermodynamics, Electrostatics, Magnetostatics, Electromagnetic Induction, vibrations, waves, and sound. More duties include assisting in marking of assessments, tutorials and practicals for Physics for Engineers modules and any other assigned duties as may be required.
- Requirements
- Should be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering OR Mechanical Engineering, OR Electrical Engineering OR Materials Science with a level of attainment equivalent to an Upper Second (i.e., B grade average) or higher.
- Under exceptional circumstances, Lower Second degree holders (i.e., applicants with a B grade average) may also be appointed, if their scores in the subject of intended specialization are adequate and meritorious.
