Reporting to the Head of the Veterinary Academic Hospital (VAH), the Senior Veterinary Clinician will be responsible for all operations of the Outpatient Section. In addition, he or she will perform clinical duties, supervise and provide guidance to senior students, participate in case discussions and conduct clinical rounds with other clinicians. Ongoing duties will include drafting SOPs and other protocols used in the VAH and checking that clinical records of the hospital are kept according to legal requirements specified by the Namibian Veterinary Council and other relevant statutory bodies. After hours duties on a rotational basis will be required.
